Tracy Ezell is a 1990 Graduate of the University of Detroit - School of Architecture with a minor certificate in Business Administration. In addition to his professional experience in the field of architecture, Tracy has extensive experience and knowledge of construction, providing him with a unique perspective for an architect. Tracy's responsibilities include offering and providing services that include pre-design, programming, planning, providing designs, drawings, specifications and other technical submissions, the administration of construction contracts and the co-ordination of any elements of technical submissions prepared by others, such as by engineers and technical designers

Tracy was appointed the President of Pearson Engineering, Incorporated (dba TERA Architects) in 2004 and is one of the managing partners.
