Tracy L. Ezell, AIA
 
Tracy is a 1990 Graduate of the University of Detroit School of Architecture with a minor certificate in Business Administration. In addition to his professional experience in the field of architecture, Tracy has experience as an HVAC installer, residential rough framing carpenter, and residential finish carpenter. Tracy was appointed the President of Pearson Engineering, Incorporated in 2004 and is one of the managing partners of TERA Architects. Notable projects include the ADA accessible entry and narthex to Saron Lutheran Church in St. Joseph, Michigan and the renovations and additions to Tabor Hill Winery and Tabor Hill Restaurant in Buchanan, Michigan.


Arunas A. Rumsa, AIA
 
Arunas is a 1983 graduate of the University of Illinois - Champaign Urbana School of Architecture. Arunas has over 22 years of experience with custom residential design and construction, and small commercial architecture. He is one of the managing partners of TERA Architects and the principal in charge of design and design development. Arunas has been the design architect for many award winning projects, and notable projects include the master plan for the Beachwalk Residential Community in Michigan City, Indiana which received an AMERICAN INSTITUE OF ARCHITECTS Michigan Chapter HONOR award.


Arunas and Tracy hold the belief that "Architecture", and the elements of good design, are not luxuries, but basic rights to be made available to everyone. TERA Architects strives to deliver quality design and architecture commensurate with the Owner's budget goals and constraints.
